auction_2014Is Lutheran High School having an auction in 2020?  Absolutely! And we plan to celebrate God's continued blessings at Lutheran High School by not only hosting an event on campus, but also by inviting supporters around the world to be a part of our evening.

How can you help us celebrate and support Lutheran High?

1.  Need a night out? ATTEND THE EVENT! With local variances limiting the size of indoor gatherings, 175 tickets will be sold to attend the auction in person.  Follow the link below to buy your ticket(s) online - they go on sale at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, October 16, 2020. The event includes:

  • Semi-formal attire - When's the last time you got dressed up and went out?
  • Electronic bidding for silent auction items - It's competitive and fun!
  • Appetizers, desserts, and drinks - The food is always good!
  • Socializing, entertainment, and games with other supporters of LuHi - Always all about the community!


2.  Host a LuHi Party in your home on the night of the event!  We are looking for 50+ home party hosts who would gather an appropriate number of people (6 or more!) to tune in online the night of the auction, celebrate our ministry, and encourage their guests to bid from their phones.  Lutheran High will provide the hosts with a "party box" to help make the parties even more enjoyable.

3.  Attend a LuHi Party on that night, or just merely tune in online and support us financially with bids and donations.

I am very excited about this year's Colorado Lutheran High School Association 21st Annual Auction - A Global Event! Friday, November 20th, 2020 is going to be an amazing night to celebrate our school. I hope you mark your calendars now and join us in-person or online for a delightful evening!

We need sponsorships!

Every good fundraiser hits the ground running with a solid base of sponsorships.  If you or your business would like to sponsor the Auction, we will add your logo to the Giving Center web page as well as to the bidding app (OneCause) to be seen by each attendee at the Auction. It's a great opportunity to advertise with us!

We need items for our silent auction!

If you have something that would benefit LuHi's largest fundraiser of the year, we would love to see it at our auction! Please find a donation letter and donation form below. Please use these forms in order to solicit an item from a business or friend, or use them for your own item you wish to donate.  We are looking for new or quality merchandise, gift certificates, vacation rentals, overnight stays, art, sports memorabilia or even cash donations.

If you have an item to donate that cannot be easily delivered to our campus please let me know, and I will arrange for pick up. Donated items should arrive on campus by November 15th, 2020.
