LuHi Summer Strength & Speed Camp

2021 Strength & Speed Camp is available to both returning and incoming LuHi student-athletes as an optional re-acclimation to physical activity. The camp will focus on conditioning, strength, movement, core, and stability.

Daily Schedule

Every Monday through Thursday morning beginning June 7 (OFF July 5 – July 12)

Monday/Wednesday sessions run 90 minutes.
Tuesday/Thursday sessions run 60 minutes.

  • 10th-12th Grade Girls and Boys Basketball: 7:00am
  • Football Only: 8:00am
  • Girls: 9:00am
  • Boys: 10:00am

Coaches

Kelsey Bockelman: Coach Bockelman serves as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at LuHi. Prior to her successful college basketball career at Concordia University, Coach Bockelman has continued her training and education in the field of sports performance by earning her Strength and Conditioning specialist certification through the International Sports Science Association and personal trainer certification through the National Association of Sports Medicine.
