Hello!

My name is Shelby Savage and I’m a senior and the team lead for the NHS sponsorship with Sparkling Kindness. My family is close friends with the founders of Sparkling Kindness, a local Christian organization that we’ve had the privilege of partnering with before by helping make hygiene packs. NHS recently hosted a pancake breakfast, and the money raised from it is going toward purchasing supplies for the hygiene kits we’ll be putting together for those in need.

Sparkling Kindness’ mission is to be a light in a dark world. They help by providing full-sized hygiene and period kits to those in need, as well as backpacks full of school supplies and comfort bags for children coming out of abusive situations or entering foster care.

To support their mission, we are hosting a Shampoo and Conditioner Drive now through October 31, to help provide items for their full-sized hygiene kits.

If you are willing, we ask that you please donate full-size shampoo and conditioner. To make donating easy, there will be a collection tub in the front office where students and staff can drop off items. Every donation helps us share hope and kindness with someone who truly needs it.
