2026 Graduation Details and Venue Information | Email from Oct 7, 2025

Dear Parents/Guardians of Seniors and Members of the Class of 2026,

New Graduation Venue - This is the first year we have started the school year without advertising a date and time for Senior Blessings and Baccalaureate/Graduation. This past May, we learned that our graduation venue would not be available. After struggling the last several years to find a venue, it seemed risky to again advertise our preferred date and time as we worked through different date options with a few new venues.

As He always does, God absolutely provided! Southeast Christian Church in Parker has graciously agreed to host us and serve in this way! Baccalaureate/Graduation will be held at Southeast Christian Church on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 6:00 PM. 

Graduation Tickets 2026 - As God has blessed us with enrollment growth, this will be our largest senior class at Lutheran High School (246). To that end, we will be issuing every graduate seven (7) tickets for their family for Baccalaureate/Graduation. More details will follow in an email in January about the ticketing process, but I wanted to give you the advanced notice to plan for the seven tickets (not including the graduate) as you invite guests, secure airline tickets, etc. A ticketing process allows seats to be reserved in advance. There will also be a process for requesting any unused tickets. Thank you for your understanding and patience! 

I know the ticket number I shared represents real discussions and decisions in your individual households about who will join your family on the exciting day for your graduate. We have worked hard to provide the best graduation experience with the options available to us. Thank you for being gracious and understanding.  

Overflow Seating - There will eventually be overflow seating tickets for those wanting to be in attendance, but not able to secure tickets for the service in the sanctuary.   

Baccalaureate/Graduation - We refer to our Commencement service as “Baccalaureate/Graduation” because it is a combination of a graduation, baccalaureate, and worship service. As a Christian school, we’re blessed to be able to incorporate our faith into everything that we do.

Baccalaureate/Graduation Service Details - 6:00 PM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Southeast Christian Church (9650 Jordan Road, Parker, CO 80134). 

Baccalaureate/Graduation Service Livestream - The Baccalaureate/Graduation Service on May 20 will be livestreamed. Those not in attendance will be able to view the service in its entirety. The link will be shared closer to the date of the service.

We are so grateful to have Baccalaureate/Graduation at Southeast Christian Church. They have already been so hospitable and helpful in our conversations!

Senior Blessings - This special event will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM at Lutheran High School. Seniors will be recognized, awards will be given, and a video presentation will be shown. Immediate family members are encouraged to attend.
