Deadline for NHS Applications | Email from March 2, 2026

National Honor Society (NHS) applications are coming in - so exciting!  The NHS program is a fantastic opportunity for student to demonstrate leadership, service, and character.  We welcome any and all upcoming juniors and seniors (and sophomores who participated in NJHS) to apply. The deadline is next Friday, however, so time is of the essence...

Eligibility to apply includes:

  • Current sophomores and juniors with a minimum GPA of 3.75

  • Freshmen who were members of National Junior Honor Society (NJHS)

  • Transfer students who were members of NHS at another school

Applications may be picked up in Ms. Musick’s office (Room 138) and are due Friday, March 13, 2026.

Please note that students who are selected for membership will be expected to complete an additional 10 service hours, demonstrating leadership and service within the school and broader community. There is a $20 membership fee (one time) that helps to cover the cost of each student's NHS polo and graduation stole and certificate.
