Your FACTS login is not universal. Each school that uses FACTS has its own district code, and parents have to set up an account on each schools' FACTS site. So if your middle school also used FACTs, you will need to set up a new FACTs account using LuHi's district code (DL-CO) to access your LuHi student's information.
The district code FACTS assigns each school is specific to that school. No two schools (even within the same district) will have the same district code. LuHi’s district code is DL-CO (think Denver Lutheran Colorado). You must enter this district code when accessing your portal so FACTS knows which school you are tied to; otherwise, the system will not recognize you. If you came from another school that also used FACTS, you cannot log in to that school's account to access your LuHi info. Each school has its own separate account for its users.
