Last year, we introduced families at Lutheran to a travel opportunity that has gotten a great response with a number of students and family members signed up already. I did want to share that we still have ten spots available if you are interested. We take EF Tours like this every other year in early summer.
EF Tour – In June of 2026, Lutheran High School will be taking an EF Tour to Europe! The tour, From Paris to Prague, is a thirteen-day trip (includes travel days) with time in France, Belgium, Germany, and the Czech Republic. Itinerary details are numerous, but include highlights like visits to Paris, the Palace of Versailles, St. Malo, the islet monastery of Mont Saint-Michel, WWII sites (including Pointe du Hoc, Normandy Beaches, the American Cemetery, Bastogne, Courtroom 600 in Nuremberg), Cologne, and Prague.
EF (Education First) Tours are well-organized and Mrs. Loptien, LuHi math instructor and our group leader, does a fantastic job with attention to detail, preparing travelers, and helping create a fun and meaningful experience. These tours are designed for students and are fast-paced with student-friendly food, nice hotels (not 5 Star), and lots of steps for your fitness tracking. :) Our requested departure date is June 3, 2026.
Individuals (students, families, friends, relatives) interested in learning more can access tour information at https://www.eftours.com/tour-website/2810773FF using the Tour Number: 2810773FF. The tour will cap when the buses are filled. Those enrolling after that will be placed on a waitlist. Since this trip is being finalized and coming up quickly, we would like to hear if anyone is interested and move towards registration by November 21.
To express interest or ask any questions about the tour, please contact Mrs. Loptien at sandra.loptien@lhsparker.org.
