Graduation Ticketing Timelines | Email from Jan 30, 2026

Hello Class of 2026 Families,

We are looking forward to celebrating the Class of 2026 with you this May. Here are some updates on the ticketing process for the Commencement Ceremony. Please read the following details carefully in order to understand the ticketing process.

CEREMONY SEATING

  • All attendees must have a ticket to attend the ceremony. Tickets are free, but reserved seating is necessary to ensure that we are making the best use of the space available to us. Tickets will be scanned at the door.

  • All tickets for the ceremony will be assigned seating. Families will be able to select their seats beginning on April 14th using an online ticketing platform.

  • Each graduate will be allocated a maximum of 7 tickets (not including the graduate) when tickets are released.

  • Graduating families will have two weeks to select their seats (up to 7). On April 29th, any remaining tickets will be released and families may have the opportunity to reserve one additional seat (for a total of 8). We expect remaining seats to be limited.

  • Access to tickets will be tied to the senior’s name and student ID number. See below for details on finding your student’s ID number.

  • Specific details about the ticketing platform and ticket access will be provided at the end of March.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Get Tickets Before April 28th

Families must claim their 7 tickets before April 28th at 10:00AM. Ticket sales will be locked at this time. Any unclaimed tickets will be released the next day, on April 29th at 10:00AM. Please make sure you reserve your tickets before April 28th or your tickets will be released.

Extra Tickets

With very limited seating, we are not expecting there to be many extra tickets. However, we will release all remaining seats on April 29th and increase the ticket limit to 8, allowing families the opportunity to reserve one additional ticket. Please keep in mind that any additional tickets will likely not be near where your original tickets are reserved.

Overflow Seating

There will be overflow room seating where guests who do not have seats in the sanctuary can view a livestream of the ceremony. We are excited to provide this opportunity for additional guests who have played important roles in our graduates’ lives to be in the same building and be able to witness important parts of the day like the cap toss. While there won’t be a limit to the number of overflow tickets that families can reserve, General Admission tickets will be issued to ensure the space is adequately arranged. Overflow room tickets will be available on April 30th, after all sanctuary tickets have been released.

Multiple Check-Outs

You may check out multiple times on the ticketing platform using different emails, as long as the name and ID number match your student and the total number of seats does not exceed 7. In split family situations, the families may check out separately using the same student name and ID number, as long as the total tickets in all transactions is a maximum of 7. It is the responsibility of the families to coordinate ticket allocation.

Finding Your Student’s ID Number

To find your student’s ID number, you can log into your FACTS Family Portal, navigate to "Family" then "Family Home," and select the desired student from the drop-down menu. The student's ID number will be displayed next to their name on the page, usually labeled as "ID Number" or "System ID." Please find this ahead of time as you will need this to secure your seats.
