Graduation Ticketing Update 2 | Email from March 31, 2026

Hello Class of 2026 Families,

We are excited to share the details for the graduation ticketing process. There is a lot of information, so please review the details below carefully and contact gradtickets@lhsparker.org with any questions.

TIMELINE

Ticketing Timeline

Here is a reminder of the ticket release timeline. Please take note of the important dates below:

  • April 14th (10:00AM) – Graduation tickets are released (limit 7 per graduate)

  • April 28th (10:00AM) – Ticket “sales” conclude

  • April 29th (10:00AM) – Any remaining tickets released (limited)

  • April 30th (10:00AM) – Overflow seating released

TICKETING PROCESS

  • We will use TicketSource for graduation ticketing. Use the following link to access graduation tickets on April 14th: www.ticketsource.us/Lutheran-High-School  This will be the page to access the events for both graduation ceremony tickets and overflow seating tickets.

  • You will not be able to reserve tickets until April 14th at 10am. When tickets are released at this time, you will be able to reserve up to 7 tickets per senior.

  • Make sure to check out using your graduating senior’s first and last name (NOT your own name) and student ID number, as they appear in FACTS. If these do not match, you may not be able to check out. The student ID will serve as the “membership number” that will allow you to complete your order. We highly recommend verifying all information ahead of time and having it ready when reserving tickets.

  • You will receive a verification email with tickets attached once you complete the checkout process.

  • Tickets will be scanned upon entry. Please bring either a digital copy of the tickets (from the email) or a printed version to the event.

  • If you look at the seating chart, you may notice that some seats are being reserved ahead of the release on April 14th. These are for ceremony participants, staff, auction winners, etc.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Take Only What You Will Use

Please only take as many tickets as you know you will use. While each graduating student ID allows access to 7 tickets, we ask that if you know you will not need all 7 that you would graciously only reserve the number of seats you will use, keeping in mind there may be other families who are hoping for extra tickets after the first round of release.

Get Tickets Before April 28th

Families must claim their 7 tickets before April 28th at 10:00AM. Ticket sales will be locked at this time. Any unclaimed tickets will be released the next day, on April 29th at 10:00AM. Please make sure you reserve your tickets before April 28th or your tickets will be released.

Extra Tickets

With very limited seating, we are not expecting there to be many extra tickets. However, we will release all remaining seats on April 29th, after families have had a chance to access their 7 tickets. Please keep in mind that any additional tickets will likely not be near where your original tickets are reserved.

Added Chairs

In an effort to offer as many seats as possible, some ticketed seats will be added chairs (not built into the sanctuary). These are noted on the seating chart and typically located in Row AA.

Wheelchair Seating

There are designated wheelchair accessible spaces noted on the seating chart, indicated by a 900 seat number. Companion seats are also noted next to these spaces. Please read seating chart notes carefully to ensure the seats meet your needs. If you need this seat type, please make sure to reserve it as soon as tickets open, otherwise it may be released as chair seating. Out of respect for those who need this seating, please only select these seats if they are needed for someone in your party.

Other Accessible Seating

Designated accessible (non-wheelchair) seats are located in Row AA of Section P and Section S. These are added chairs near an entrance tunnel for ease of access. We ask that only those needing accessible seating and one companion reserve these seats. Other members of the party are welcome to reserve nearby seats. Since we have a limited number of accessible seats, please do not reserve accessible seats for your entire party unless they are required.

Stairs

The back sections (Sections L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V) require stairs for accessing rows above Row AA. Please make sure to select seats in lower sections if someone in your party cannot use stairs.

Have a Ticket You No Longer Need?

If at any time you no longer need a ticket that you previously reserved, we ask that you “return” the ticket as quickly as possible to allow others access to the seat. This can be done easily through the initial confirmation email that is sent after reserving tickets. Simply click “Manage my booking” and follow the prompts. Email gradtickets@lhsparker.org with any questions about releasing a ticket.

Overflow Seating Tickets

Overflow seating will be available to reserve on April 30th, after all sanctuary tickets are released. These can be accessed at that time using the same link as above, but by selecting the “Graduation Overflow Seating” event. Tickets are General Admission and seats will not be reserved in overflow rooms. However, ticketing is necessary to ensure there is ample seating.

Bring Tickets on Graduation Day

Please note that while there is an option to add digital tickets to your Apple/Google wallet, it will not automatically add any additional tickets reserved after the first transaction and tickets may add out of order. Therefore, we ask that you use only the emailed or printed version of tickets.

NOTES FROM PREVIOUS EMAILS

Overflow Seating

There will be overflow room seating where guests who do not have seats in the sanctuary can view a livestream of the ceremony. We are excited to provide this opportunity for additional guests who have played important roles in our graduates’ lives to be in the same building and able to witness important parts of the day like the cap toss. While there won’t be a limit to the number of overflow tickets that families can reserve, General Admission tickets will be issued to ensure the space is adequately arranged. Overflow room tickets will be available after all sanctuary tickets have been released.

Multiple Check-Outs

You may check out multiple times on the ticketing platform using different emails, as long as the name and ID number match your student and the total number of seats does not exceed 7. In multiple household situations, the families may check out separately using the same student name and ID number, as long as the total tickets in all transactions is a maximum of 7. It is the responsibility of the families to coordinate ticket allocation.

Finding Your Student’s ID Number

To find your student’s ID number, you can log into your FACTS Family Portal, navigate to "Family" then "Family Home," and select the desired student from the drop-down menu. The student's ID number will be displayed next to their name on the page, usually labeled as "ID Number" or "System ID." Please find this ahead of time as you will need this to secure your seats.
