Graduation Ticketing Update 5 | Email from April 27, 2026

This is a reminder that graduation tickets will close tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM. This is your chance to finalize your seat selection or make any changes before all remaining tickets are released on Wednesday, April 29th. 


Need to Change Your Seats?

If you need to change your seat location after making your reservation, you must return the number of tickets you’d like to change before you will be able to select new seats because of the 7 seat limit. To return your tickets, simply click the orange “manage my booking” button on the original confirmation email and follow the prompts to make the return. Then, you can follow the same original booking process to reserve your new seats. 


Have a Ticket You No Longer Need? 

If at any time you no longer need a ticket that you previously reserved, we ask that you “return” the ticket as quickly as possible to allow others access to the seat. This can be done easily through the initial confirmation email that is sent after reserving tickets. Simply click “manage my booking” and follow the prompts. 


Remaining Wheelchair Spaces

The four remaining wheelchair spaces will be converted to added chairs if they are not reserved by April 28th at 10:00 AM. If someone in your party requires a wheelchair space, please make sure to reserve one of these spaces before Tuesday morning. 


TICKETING TIMELINE

 

  • April 14th (10:00 AM) – Graduation tickets are released (limit 7 per graduate)

  • April 28th (10:00 AM) – Ticket “sales” conclude

  • April 29th (10:00 AM) – Any remaining tickets released (limited)

  • April 30th (10:00 AM) – Overflow seating released

April 28th | TICKETING UPDATE 6 - Remaining tickets & overflow tickets access details

April 29th | Any remaining tickets released (limited) 

April 30th | GA overflow room tickets released 

WHEN SOLD OUT | TICKETING UPDATE 7 - All tickets reserved; ticket limit removed

May 18th | TICKETING UPDATE 8 - Final “Day-of” information

May 20th | Commencement Ceremony at 6:00 PM
