Graduation Ticketing Update 8 | Email from May 18, 2026

ARRIVE EARLY & FIND YOUR SEATS

Doors will open at 5:00 PM. Please arrive early and SCAN YOUR TICKETS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We want to avoid long entry lines and allow plenty of time to resolve any ticketing issues. We recommend finding your seats immediately when you arrive. Once your tickets are scanned, you will be given a stamp that will allow you to leave and re-enter the sanctuary. Any attendees not seated by 5:45 PM may be held at the door and unable to enter until after the graduates have processed. Please be sure to budget ample time for parking and traffic.

BRING YOUR TICKETS

Tickets will be scanned upon entry. Please locate your tickets before Wednesday and bring a printed or digital copy of your tickets to the event. The quickest way to find the confirmation email with your tickets is to search your email inbox for “TicketSource” (and check your spam folder). The subject line is “Booking Confirmation for Lutheran High School Graduation 2026.” There will be separate confirmation emails for each order you placed, so if you reserved additional tickets after the limit was increased you will have separate emails for those tickets. Please email gradtickets@lhsparker.org if you have trouble locating your tickets.

DISTRIBUTING TICKETS WITHIN YOUR PARTY

If you are sharing tickets with other members in your party who will be arriving separately, please make sure to decide who will use each individual ticket. Each ticket has a unique code (located under the QR code at the top right). Once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be used again.

SANCTUARY MAP

Here is a labeled map of the sanctuary (download for clearest image) so you can locate your seats ahead of time. Note that there are three entry doors to the sanctuary. Please locate and use the door closest to your seats for quickest ticket scanning and access to your seats.

OVERFLOW ROOM

The Overflow Room is located across the hall from the sanctuary (to your left as you enter the building). There will be greeters and signage to help point you in the right direction if you have Overflow Room tickets. As a reminder, the Overflow Room is general admission and specific seats are not reserved. It is recommended to arrive early to choose your seats.

TICKETING HELP

The gradtickets email will be monitored leading up to graduation day. Please make sure you can access your tickets and resolve any questions before Wednesday. The email will not be monitored on the day of graduation. Instead, we will have a TICKETING HELP table at the venue where we can provide assistance with any ticketing issues.
