Information for Bound Scheduling | Athletic Emails

As mentioned in our Fall Sports Meetings we will be using a new scheduling platform this year. Lutheran High School is now using Bound for athletic schedules, calendars, and schedule-change notifications. Please read the information below to join.

**Please note that the only scheduling platform that the athletic department guarantees accuracy is Bound**

BOUND SCHEDULING PLATFORM

GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS

  1. Search for Lutheran High School.
  2. Select Notifications under the Lion logo in the upper-left corner.
  3. Set your notifications based on your preferences.
  4. Click Save.

FOLLOW YOUR TEAMS

  1. Under Girl’s Activities or Boy’s Activities, select the sport your son or daughter participates in.
  2. Confirm that the correct level is selected next to the Notifications button in the upper-left corner.
  3. Select Notifications.
  4. Turn on Postponement/Cancellation notifications.
  5. Repeat these steps for any additional programs or levels you would like to follow.

**We are working with Bound to ensure that our families are receiving the same notifications they did with rSchool. As of now, it looks like notifications are only sent out for postponements or cancellations. As always, program head coaches will share game change information as soon as they receive it.

CALENDAR

  1. Select the Calendar tab.
  2. Use the filter icon in the upper-left corner to select the sports and activities you would like to see.
  3. The Print option is available in the upper-right corner.
  4. The calendar subscription icon in the upper-right corner allows you to subscribe to the calendar. This will add Bound events to the personal or work calendar you use.

GETTING DIRECTIONS TO A VENUE

  1. From the selected program’s page, click on the game you plan to attend.
  2. At the bottom of the middle section, select Get Directions.
  3. You will be redirected to Google Maps for directions to the event venue.

USING THE BOUND APP

  1. Download “Bound” from your phone’s app store.
  2. Log in or create an account.
  3. Teams you follow will appear in the top bar.
  4. Only games associated with the programs you follow will appear on the Home page.
  5. If you follow teams through the app, please note that notifications default to push notifications through the app. These can be adjusted by tapping the bell in the upper-right corner of each team’s page.

We strongly encourage families to follow each team their student participates in and turn on postponement/cancellation notifications. This is the best way to stay informed of schedule changes throughout the season.

Please note that we are not utilizing the ticketing or registration portions of the software.
