Lions on the Links Golf Tournament | Email from April 1, 2026

Lutheran High School is excited to invite you to our annual Lions on the Links Golf Tournament on Tuesday, May 26th at The Pinery Country Club. This special event is more than just a great day of golf; it is an opportunity to come together in support of LuHi Athletics and the incredible students we serve.

Our athletic program continues to grow in both participation and opportunity. This year, we introduced a C-team for Girls Golf and are looking ahead to adding a Poms team and Girls’ Flag Football for the 2026–2027 school year. None of this would be possible without the faithful support of our LuHi community, which plays a vital role in shaping the success of our athletes and coaches.

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, more than 600 students proudly wore a Lutheran Lions uniform this year, with nearly half competing in multiple sports. Our teams have achieved remarkable success, bringing home state championships in Boys Golf, Boys Basketball, and Girls Basketball, as well as a State Runner-Up finish for Cheer this school year. Additionally, our Cheer team earned a bid to Nationals and placed 16th in GameDay and 13th in Traditional Cheer. Furthermore, every team at LuHi has either competed in the state playoffs or had individual state qualifiers in their respective sports.

While we celebrate these accomplishments, our mission goes far beyond competition. At LuHi, we are committed to developing Christ-centered athletes who strive to glorify God through their talents, character and teamwork. Our primary focus remains on developing Christian character in every athlete, and we want to continue to point students to Jesus and glorify God with our efforts and abilities.

  • 18 holes of golf at The Pinery Country Club

  • Cart rental and practice range access

  • Lunch and an awards banquet
