Seniors and Your Final Transcripts | Email from May 29, 2026

Transcripts will be processed and sent to your requested destination in Naviance (college, personal, etc.) between June 1st - 18th. We have to finalize, cross check and send report cards before we can do the same for transcripts. There is some back end work that needs to be done to ready report cards to be sent to families. And there is additional back end work to ready transcripts to be sent to colleges, especially for Common App schools. These colleges require additional digital paperwork from the school before final transcripts can be sent. We thank you for your patience as the school staff is working diligently to finalize grades, process/check report cards and transcripts and get both of these documents sent to the appropriate places in a timely fashion. Please note:

  • Final Transcripts will ONLY be sent if you requested one to be sent via Naviance. Please Note: Common App only allows you to send a final transcript to a single college (not many) so you must also be sure to designate which school you are attending in Naviance. Failure to do this important step will cause your transcript to not be sent to your college. Thanks for double checking you did this correctly.
  • Colleges are fine with transcripts arriving during the above time frame. There are a number of high schools across the country that don't even finish until the middle of June, so this time frame for sending transcripts is perfectly ok to colleges.
  • Also, please be aware that many colleges send out generic automated emails to ALL incoming students asking for final transcripts early in the summer (yes, sometimes even if an official one has already been sent to them).
    • Do not panic. These emails are usually just used as a reminder for you to actually request a transcript be sent to them. Since you have already done that (or should have) then you are good to go.
    • If you do get one of these emails, always check Naviance first to ensure your transcript has been sent. If Naviance says it was sent, then yes it was sent. If needed, you can then contact the college to ask if they do have your transcript. Please remember colleges are processing literally thousands of transcripts this time of year so it may take a bit for them to get yours marked as received in your student portal.
  • Reminder ALL obligations must be met before transcripts can be sent to colleges. If you still owe tuition/fees, uniforms, books, service hours, online classes, etc. you will need to get those items turned in/paid before we can release your transcript. Thanks for being diligent and taking care of these items if you still need to so you can pick classes and start college in the fall.
