Hi Students and Parents!
The school year is in full swing, which means college visits at LuHi are back for Juniors and Seniors! Here is a quick overview of college visits at LuHi:
College admission representatives from all over the United States sign up to come visit LuHi students during school hours. During these visits, college admission reps give an overview of information about the college they represent. Some of these topics include financial aid, housing, student life, majors and minors, and cost of attendance. This is a wonderful opportunity for you as a high school student to hear about different colleges to narrow down which ones you want to visit in the future. These visits at LuHi are only for students. Parents are not allowed to attend these, but should encourage their students to attend.

- Hillsdale College
- University of Denver
- University of Oklahoma - Norman
- Oklahoma State University
- Abilene Christian University
- Colorado Mesa University
- The University of Tennessee
- Texas A&M
- University of Wyoming
- Lipscomb University
- Arizona State University - Tempe
- Creighton University
- Dordt University
- Calvin University
Only students sign up for college visits through their Student Naviance account. Here are instructions on how to sign up for a visit:
1. Log into your Student Naviance account.
2. Select "Colleges" at the top of the page.
3. Click on "College Visits" in the 2nd column.
4. Click the "Register" button for the visits you would like to attend.
You will receive a purple college pass to attend a visit, but you must be signed up in Naviance. All visits will be held in the Guidance Center. If a teacher determines you cannot miss class for the visit, please let me know and I will collect material for you. Feel free to stop by my office in the Guidance Center if you have any questions.
