Greetings 2025-26 students and families!
Student schedules are now live and can be viewed on the FACTS site. At least one parent per family already has an account as this is where you completed enrollment. All students should create a FACTS portal account separate from their parents so they have a live, up-to-date view of their schedule and locker assignment on their phone/device during the school day (See instructions for creating a student FACTs account in the attachment).
If you already have a student FACTs account, please follow the steps below to access your schedule:

Log into FACTS. Our school code is DL-CO. If you have forgotten your password, click “forgot my password” and follow the prompts to reset the password. Lutheran High School does not have your password saved.

Navigate to Student Information on the left-hand menu.

Click on Schedules.
a. You can see your locker info on the top right corner of your class schedule in your FACTs portal.
Please note: If you're viewing the printable schedule, it only shows first semester classes. Some of your requested courses may be scheduled for the second semester, so don’t worry if something appears to be missing.

In-person: Stop by the Guidance Center the week of 8/11-8/13 on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday from 9:00am–3:00pm. In-person changes will not be made until Monday 8/11.

A Few Important Reminders:
1. Need a Change?
Don’t panic if your schedule isn’t perfect—adjustments can be made. We’ll work with you to find the best fit within the structure of our master schedule. Some conflicts are unavoidable, but we’ll do our best to meet your needs. This flexible approach is one reason we release schedules later in the summer.
2. Your Schedule May Still Change
The schedule you see now is not final. We will continue balancing class sizes through next week, so some changes may occur without notice. This isn’t personal—our goal is to maintain small and balanced classes. You will receive a final printed schedule on the first day of school.
3. Lunch Periods
We have three lunch periods (5th, 6th, and 7th periods). While we understand the desire to eat with friends, we cannot accommodate lunch change requests based on preference. If you send a request like this, you’ll likely receive a response similar to:
“Unfortunately, you will not get a lunch change at this time. We will consider this request during the first full week of school.”
4. Teacher / Friend Matching Requests
As with lunch changes, we are unable to accommodate requests to switch teachers or align schedules with friends.
5. Deadline for Changes
Schedule changes may be made through Wednesday August 20, 2025 at 3:30pm.
6. Semester Courses
Many electives are semester-long. If you're missing a course like World Geography, Art Essentials or Web Design, it likely appears in your second semester schedule.
7. Student Ownership
We strongly encourage students to take the lead in requesting schedule changes. Parents are welcome to support and be involved, but students should be the ones emailing.
8. Mistakes Happen
If something seems way off (e.g., two lunches, the wrong math course), don’t worry—we’ll fix it. Just let us know.
9. Canvas
Your courses will be loaded into your Canvas account as well, however, some of your courses may not be viewable until each instructor has published the course. New students will receive additional instructions and training on how to

– FACTs Info
Welcome to a new school year! We are so excited to have you here. This is just a quick note to
say locker numbers and combinations are now available in your FACTS student portal.
Just a quick note about FACTS. FACTS Family Portal is where you will login to view schedules, locker assignments, attendance, grades, pay fees, re-enrollment, etc. At least one parent per family already has an account as this is where you completed enrollment. All students must create a FACTS portal account separate from their parents so they have a live, up-to-date view of their schedule and locker assignment on their phone/device during the school day. This will be very handy if you forget your locker combination. You can just look it up in FACTS. This is also helpful as schedules tend to shift just a bit the first week of school as schedule changes are being made and class sizes are being balanced. If a change is made to your schedule you will see it instantly in your FACTS portal. You can download the FACTS phone app OR just access the FACTS webpage link off our the school website lhsparker.org under Current Students to login to your portal.
You can see your locker info on the top right corner of your class schedule in your portal.
If you have not yet set up your FACTS student portal please see instructions below on how to
do so. You will want access to your portal not only to view locker info but, in addition, you will
instantly see any potential changes to your class schedule along with other important school
information.
*It should be noted that at this time our lockers are at full capacity. Unfortunately, we do not
have lockers available to switch from one location of the building to the other. Nor do we have
any top lockers available to switch to from a bottom locker.
NOTE: 1) If you already have an account and have forgotten your password please click on the "forgot password" link. The school office does not have access to passwords.
2) Students new to LuHi will need to access their student email accounts BEFORE they can create a Facts account. FACTS sends you an email to create your password.
3) At least one parent in every family already has a Facts account because you were required to set one up in order to complete the school enrollment packet. Parents you also have access to student schedules in your Family Portal accounts.
4) Students must create their own FACTS accounts. FACTS does not allow the school to do that for them.
Facts' (formerly RenWeb) Family Portal is a private and secure parent & student portal that allows parents & students to view academic information specific to them. You can see class schedules, locker info, grades, attendance, behavior, homework, and Re-enroll for the next school year as well as other useful school information. Even though you can see class/homework info in Facts, Canvas will be the main hub for these categories and you should go there for all class related items.
In order for you to be able to use Family Portal each parent and student must have their own
separate email addresses entered into Facts. Parent emails are imported from the School
Application into Facts. Student emails are assigned by the school. Upon entrance to LuHi each
student is given a school email address, firstname.lastname@lhsparker.org. This is the email the
school will use for all communication with the students as well as their login for various school
applications.
Username
Your username will be the email address listed in Facts (for parents - via entered on the application OR for students - assigned by the school for students).
Here’s how to access our easy-to-use Facts Family Portal:
Go to the LHS website, lhsparker.org
Save this site as a “favorite” so you can check often.
Click on Current Families < FACTS.
Log in as follows:
Returning Facts users skip to step 4.
New Facts users start with step 1.
1. Click Create New Account tab. This is located below the initial login information.
2. Enter DL-CO for the District Code and enter your email address that you provided to the
school or for students the email the school provided for you. This email is how the system
recognizes you.
3. Click the Create Account. Within 5 minutes, you will receive an email from Facts
containing a link to create your password. (if you don’t see it right away check spam)
This email will be sent to the same email used for your username. For students this
means your school email, firstname.lastname@lhsparker.org, so make sure you have
already logged into that account. All passwords must be a minimum of 10 characters
and contain both letters and numbers.
4. Return to the Family Portal login page and enter the district code (DL-CO), your email
& password. Click Login
Please Note: You will only have 6 hours from the time you create an account to set
your password and log in to FACTS for the first time. After 6 hours the system resets
and you will have to do this process all over again.
You should now be logged in to the School Information home page of the Family
Portal. Click on Schedules to view your class schedule. Your locker combination is
located on the top right of your class schedule.
