Summer Strength Registration is now open! | Email from April 16, 2026

Summer is quickly approaching and registration for Summer Strength is officially open! LuHi coaches have put an increased focus on the weight room and are strongly encouraging athletes to register. This camp is designed to focus on strength, conditioning, movement, core and stability to help prepare athletes for their upcoming seasons. The camp will run Monday through Thursday, beginning on June 1st and concluding on July 30th (we will be off the week of June 29th). This camp will be led by LuHi Strength Coach Nate Smock, who is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Coach Smock has experience working with all levels, from youth to professional athletes. His programs will be tailored to both the sport and level of athlete. 

 

All camp attendees are required to complete the online registration, waiver, and payment prior to participation. Registration will close on Friday, May 8th.

**If your student plans to participate in multiple sports at LuHi they should choose the time slot that matches the FALL sport they want to play.

 

Below you will find Fall Tryout Dates, Lifting/Practice Opportunities offered in the summer in conjunction with Summer Strength sessions and coach contact information. Practice Opportunities are only available to those athletes registered for Summer Strength. 

 

Tryout Dates for Fall Sports:

  • Cheer/Poms - Already taken place

  • Boys Golf - 8/3/2026

  • Football - First official day is 8/3/2026, no tryouts. Reach out to Coach Robbins for summer schedule
