ATHLETES MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL AND ALL FORMS ON ATGenius MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN TRYOUTS!

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PHYSICALS:

*NEW Physical submissions HAVE to be this current CHSAA approved form : CHSAA PHYSICAL FORM

*CURRENT physicals already on file are valid
