If my student gets their phone taken away, how do they get it back?

Devices used without teacher permission will be turned in to the office and can be picked up at the end of the school day. On the second offense, students will be charged a $5 fee for the return of their device, and parents will be informed. If there is a third offense, students will be charged a $10 fee for the return of their device, and it must be retrieved by a parent/guardian from school (this continues through the seventh offense when a student is no longer allowed to have their phone on campus).
