You really walk the talk when it comes to caring about students, growing them into kind honorable Christian adults. My kids saw teachers and coaches discipline with love and grace. They never saw that in middle school. We have said, many times, that choosing LuHi was one of our best decisions ever!

From the very beginning, our experience at LuHi has been defined by the genuine care shown by every teacher, coach, and administrator. They have invested in our children as whole individuals—challenging them academically, nurturing them spiritually, and supporting them physically and emotionally. When one of our children faced a serious injury, the compassion and support from the staff and the entire LuHi community were truly overwhelming. They stood by our son and our family during a difficult time, and we are deeply grateful. We couldn’t ask for a more caring, faith-filled community than Lutheran High School.

The faculty is incredible. Their love of these teens and their love of their Savior, Jesus Christ, shines through so strongly! Thank you for guiding our kids so well while they are in your care.

The spiritual and personal growth I have seen in my both of my daughters during their time at LuHi has been phenomenal. When they first started at the school, I was discouraged over some social challenges they faced, however, I believe that navigating those challenges taught them resilience and helped improve their social skills. The teaching staff is top-notch and the theology classes and women's/men's Christian decisions classes gave them a foundation that will serve them all their lives. The opportunities in extracurriculars like theater, Lions for Life, mission trips, and Refuge have also given my children the opportunity to grow in social skills, life skills, confidence, and compassion. I am so incredibly grateful for LuHi and the blessing it has been to our family!

The theology staff is top notch. All four years of high school our daughter has strengthened her belief and faith foundation, was immersed in the word, and has been encouraged/mentored through the many highs and lows of high school. Our daughter knows what she believes, why she believes it and is not afraid to share her faith. Through her experiences and the guidance of her theology teachers, we believe she is ready for all the world will throw at her. And, it's not just the growing of her faith and learning, it's the intentional time and encouragement she received throughout the years, most notably, from Mr. Parrott in her Senior year. THIS is why we sent her to Lutheran High school. We are grateful to the school for growing our daughter so deeply in her faith. Thank you!

You guys do so many things well. I’m so thankful to be apart of a school that pours into our kids academically and spiritually and pushes them to do their best and get out of their comfort zones. Thank you for encouraging these kids to experience missions trips - it is such a blessing. We are witnessing spiritual growth in so many ways in these students.

A LuHi education is the greatest decision we as parents could have made for our daughter. It is apparent that Jesus Christ teachings are the center of every part of the education and all student activities. The teachers and all staff are loved and constantly shown appreciation and respect by all, including parents and students. In this upside down and confusing culture war, Mr. Kolwey has been the constant light sharing much appreciated and necessary teaching on Truth and communication to both students and parents. Words can never truly be expressed enough as to how the arms of our loving God has embraced Lutheran High School and how blessed our family has been to be a part of this amazing High School.

There are so many things LuHi does well it's hard to know where to start! The staff are competent and genuinely caring. The performing arts program is college quality. Advisors are passionate about helping the kids transition to universities. Sports programs are excellent. I could go on and on!

The teachers’ love for the students is unparalleled. Everyday they are more interested in the future of the student and how they can impact God’s Kingdom than they are about them making the grade. It is wonderful to have a school that focuses on the most important thing, Christ’s love/grace/truth and how the students can share that with others!

LuHi is amazing at creating a community. It is a family. Beyond academics, we have felt supported during difficult life circumstances and challenging times. The faculty are hands-on and genuinely care for the students. Our boys have gained several wonderful mentors that I am sure they will be in contact with well after graduation. This truly sets LuHi apart from other schools.

Our student was challenged in her faith in a way that helped her to grow and discern for herself what she believed, encouraging critical thinking about her own faith and relationship with God. We love LuHi and recommend it highly!
