"Lutheran High School has been profoundly impactful and influential in preparing our children for success. We are deeply grateful for God’s guidance in leading our family to Lutheran and for the amazing staff and teachers who have poured into each of our kids.
Our daughter thrived in musical theatre, Jubilate Choir, and on the worship team, which fueled her passion for music and service. Through the school's dual credit programs, she’s set to graduate from college a year early. She's pursuing a degree in music composition at Colorado Christian University and serving as a worship leader at a local church. She often reflects on how the best part of LuHi is the Christ-centered education, praying in every class, and the teachers who genuinely care about students individually.
Our son has also flourished, benefiting from honors, dual credit, and AP class offerings while building a solid group of faith-centered friends. His involvement in Lights Academy and soccer has further enriched his experience. He values the faith-based teaching and how the teachers bring their faith into every subject. He also appreciates how theology classes provide him with the tools he needs to strengthen his faith. The combination of strong Christian values, biblical integration, and a supportive community has been pivotal for both of them.
As a former computer science teacher at LuHi for 8 years, I cherished the community and nurturing environment for both students and staff. The best part has been knowing my kids are growing in faith while being challenged to make it their own, preparing for the future and life beyond high school.
With one son eagerly anticipating his freshman year and a daughter soon to follow, Lutheran remains our top choice for high school. Both have enjoyed summer camps and activities at LuHi and can’t wait to be Lions."
