Jim shares, "I thoroughly enjoy coaching young athletes and watching them grow to love the sport and learn life lessons that build character, perseverance, and the value of teamwork working with others to be part of something greater than self. The life lessons gained from football help prepare student-athletes for life, work, and relationships.
