Head Coach
Assistant Coach
Darcy Hendricks
Coach Darcy Hendricks was born and raised in Iowa playing volleyball, basketball and tennis in high school. She received her degree from the University of Iowa and went on to coach and teach in Minnesota and eventually Colorado. During her time as a high school math teacher, she coached volleyball and tennis. Her focus then shifted to raising two daughters and volunteering with many organizations in Parker.
Coach Darcy was the assistant coach last season and is excited to be back. She loves tennis for the mental toughness and life lessons it teaches. She hopes to pass on a love for this lifelong sport to her players, and always encourages them to glorify God while on and off the tennis court.
Stacey Townsend
Assistant Coach Stacey Townsend is from Grand Forks, ND, where she played basketball and tennis. She played college basketball for Metropolitan State University of Denver. She has three grown boys with whom she spent many hours as a football, baseball, hockey, and lacrosse mom. She has been a professionally certified tennis instructor for the last ten years and is employed at the Parker Racquet Club.
Coach Staceyβs first season with Lutheran Tennis was in 2024 when she coached the Junior Varsity team and helped with the Varsity. She loved coaching for Lutheran last season and particularly loved having the chance to motivate players physically and mentally and help them reach their full potential on and off the court.
