All athletes must have a valid physical (within the last twelve months) on file in ATGenius and have completed the permission forms there as well prior to tryouts/practice on February 28.
All spring sports participation fees need to be paid prior to the first practice/tryout. Fee information can be found HERE.
Lutheran High School has added ATGenius to assist our athletic trainers in providing the very best experience for our student-athletes and store electronic copies of student physical forms.
Lutheran High must have a valid physical (within the last 12 months) on file for all of our winter athletes before they can participate in an official practice. We will gladly accept a hard copy prior to the first practice and upload it to your student account. You can also upload an electronic copy to ATGenius when you create an account.
You can bring a hard copy of your physical to the Spring Parent Meeting on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. as well.
ALL spring athletes who did not participate in a fall or winter sport must create an ATGenius account. The account will be created in the student's name using the student's school email address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Students can create the account or parents/guardians can create it for them. Below the simple instructions is a link to a detailed PDF with instructions on how to create the account, upload physicals, and for parents to e-sign the four electronic verification documents.
Simple instructions are:
On the "Parent Info" tab, it is important that the parent who will e-sign the preseason documents enters his/her cell phone in the box marked "Parent 2-step Verification Number." Parents will need to go to the "Preseason Docs" tab and e-sign the four documents listed there. To do so, a verification code will be texted to the cell number listed in the "Parents Info" tab. The same code can be used for all four verification signatures.
Again, a valid physical form must be on file prior to an athlete's first practice - a hard copy turned in to the school or an electronic copy uploaded to ATGenius. That deadline is Monday, February 28, for all spring sports.
The four "Preseason Docs" also need to be electronically signed prior to the first practice.
